I'm too lazy to load and clean my blender constantly, so I save time and effort with this simple prep.
*This is an adaptation of Minimalist Baker's Superfoods Green Lemonade Smoothie recipe. Please check out their 43 Delicious Smoothie Recipes (+ Smoothie Tips!) to find your fave, but use my hack to make it last for a few days.
2 small frozen ripe banana
4 cups frozen pineapple
2 inch knob ginger (peeling optional)
2 medium lemons juiced
2 small handful fresh spinach
1.5 cup organic soy milk (check out my blog recipe to make your own - it is way easier than you think!)
4 scoops protein powder
2 tsp spirulina
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 cup water
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
Put the blender full of smoothie in your fridge.
When ready to consume or take with you for later, simply blend again before pouring in a glass, or a mason jar with a cold pack in your lunch bag.
