Sweet Craving Buster Spread


1 cup almond butter 1/4 cup organic coconut oil 1 tbsp raw honey 2 tbsp ground pumpkin & sunflower seeds


  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Mix well and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
